SBI Credit Card Application - Query & Discussion

I have applied SBI BPCL OCTANE on 09-01-2025. I hav't received any call or update from SBI Team. Messaged through X.com as suggested by TF member. Got the reply it will take 21 days. Its been 26 days after submitting the application. How long does it take? Is there any escalation mail address to send mail? Please give your suggestions.

Called customer care , they don't have any idea what is going on. They said application under process and don't have more information why I am not getting any verification calls. They can't check any other details. Seems that the tool provided to them only have the option to check the status.
