SBI Credit card bill payment issue

Hi Technofinos,

i made SBI CC bill payment via amazon on 12th Aug afternoon , till now payment is not reflected in CC, But amazon showing transaction as successful and provided a bank referance number.

i'm little bit worried today is the last date for bill payment if it is not credited today what could be the expected date of credit in cc.

I faced the same issue with HDFC CC payment through Amazon Pay. It takes upto 4 working days to reflect in card account. But the credit date shown in card account is same as the payment date. But not sure if they will consider this as late payment. To avoid such issues have made a habit to pay CC bills on bill generation date instead of due date.

Its usually instant in case of SBI CC.. have u checked unbilled/unsettled tnx in SBI card app/web ?

I have seen CC bill payment made on Amazon at times being credit after 48-72 hours. On a safer side I always prefer to pay through Amazon atleast 7 days before the due date.

In most cases (including mine), it's settled instantly. I have paid 4 times using Amazon Pay. Every time it has been credited instantly. Check on SBI card app under Payments history and check if you can see it there.

In my case the earliest credit card payment settled by amazon was is 24 hours for ICICI Bank credit card.

It will fully settle in 1 or 2 days.

CC bill payment made from third party platform takes couple of days to reflect and settle on bank's side. Hence pay atleast 7 days in advance from bill due date.

I payed my ICICI bill through amazon but it took 4 days to realise.
