Sbi Credit Card Returned Undelivered

Hi Floks,

My SBI Credit Card application was approved and it got shipped. Yesterday i got a message stating it was returned Undelivered.

not able to get in touch with customer care.

Dont know what to do any suggestions please

Not possible it is asking me to register with credit card number

My bad, I didn't read properly. Probably need to contact customer care.

to speak with agent i need to have credit card number which is next to impossible

Returned means its is back with SBI, so you need to contact whomsoever you applied through previously, if it was online then you need to visit nearest branch, they have people from SBI cards around, someone can check it for you.

But if they are not able to find it, then it would be difficult, then write to customer care and nodal/zonal officers.

Try calling customer care @1800 1234, choose the option to directly speak to an analyst and explain. You don't need to authenticate yourself here.
