Sbi continuosly deducting reward point from my sbi credit card account.i called their customer care and executive told me that if you get instant discount your reward point will be deducted from credit card account.please help me.this is unlawful they show on their website you will get reward point.but after getting card customer didn't get anything.even they don't mention in their website about this.should i contact to RBI.
