Sbi CV Prime Card not dispatched after 2 weeks of approval

I had applied for SBI Club Vistara Prime on 15th August, the card got approved on 19th August, as a new customer I don't have an SBI Card account, probably why I haven't received a virtual card. When I check the application status it says card approved yet to be dispatched. I spoke to customer care last week when they said there is a dispatch problem and blocked the card and reissued it. Even after that there is no update on dispatch of the card. By when can I expect to get the card? Is it a common occurrence for SBI Card? Customer Care seems to be clueless about this.

Same Issue,
card approved in last week of August,
Till today no delivery of physical card,
Have written many mails, and called customer service multiple times,
Standard copy paste apology reply.

It's frustrating now.

Probably the issue with CV id, did you guys give them your Club Vistara ids during the application?

Nope, they did not ask for CV I'd, can I call customer care and ask for the CV id that the card has been linked with?

yes or you can mail them using netbanking app. once that is linked it might be dispatched.

i faced the same issue with my air india card, it was delivered after 4 months. they were not able to dispatch but once i linked my FFP, they were able to dispatch.

May be they need you FFP id to print on card and without that they are not able to print and send so you can try to link first and then raise complaint about not getting your card.
