SBI deducted already paid bill amount through AUTO DEBIT. Can we get refund of EXCESS auto debit amount?

So my SBI CARD BILL WAS DUE on 23rd, I paid Full bill on 20th OCT, bill reflected on SBI CARD application successfully as well. However today SBI deducted bill amount from my BANK account through AUTO DEBIT. I have written a mail to CC but anyone aware what's steps to follow for REFUND.

It's very easy. Open your SBI Card app.

At the bottom right, you'll see a button labeled 'Services.' Click on it, and then select 'Credit Balance Refund.'

Fill in your details, and that's it. The money will be credited back to your account within 3–5 working days.
