SBI did cibil enquiry for multiple users who did not apply any credit card

on 9th Jan, I saw cibil enquiry for SBI credit card, however I did not apply for any credit card. When I went to social media I found so many other users found SBI cibil enquiry in cibil report without applying any credit card.

Whenever You Signup on Paisabazar... Bajaj fin.. Or You Sign Up on Free Credit Report Websites then You Give Prior Consent for Such Inquiry.. so that they can offer you suitable Offers..
