SBI encash reported as Over limit utilization in Experian Score

I have taken sbi encash loan. On the phone call they said that, it is no more related to the sbi card limit. But surprisingly, it was reported as a over limit utilization in my sbi credit card to the all the credit reports which was effected my cibil score.
How to solve this issue?

Its high credit utilisation caused your credit score negatively , pre close the loan.
