Sbi fee waiver available but which option to select from the drop down?

Hi guys,

they charged annual fee on my bpcl card. When I clicked on card closure request and selected other fees and charges, it showed fee waiver available. When I click avail offer, I get the below list of options, but there is no annual fee option there. Whatever option i select, it says fee not charged. What should I do?

Just a drop email to CC. Most probably they will reverse it

This is actually joining fee and they are giving 2k points for that. So, they are not reversing. I got confused with their wording as it says annual fee instead of joining fee

i got my JF for my CB card reversed though... even i was surprised but i got it done somehow
