Sbi late payment in cibil

I was just checking my credit score in Google pay and noticed that it showed that I had 3 late payments in my closed sbi card even though I've never missed a single payment.

Is this affecting my credit score? If yes, Where should I mail sbicard?

If genuinely late payment reported then it would definitely affect your credit profile.

So email them your CIBIL report pdf having no password with statment and payment proof pdf and ask to remove late entry.
