SBI Prime Card - Milestone Voucher ( Pizza Hut )

Friends, I have 3 pizza hut vouchers which I got from sbi as a milestone benefit, Here in chennai went to the outlet to redeem the voucher but they said they have stopped accepting vouchers, Any one facing this issue?

Yes, faced same issue last week. Most Pizza Hut outlets (Sapphire Foods Chain) are not accepting SBI card vouchers these days since there is some payment settlement issue between both parties. They have received formal communication from their top management, as per the outlet manager.
Better not to redeem reward points for it till the issue gets settled.

Spoke to the sbi customer care service and they ask me to try the voucher online and I said in t & c it has been clearly mentioned that it can be used offline mode only and after that line got disconnected with out answer from them.

I never redeemed it in store. I order Pizza on COD and then give the guy the code to which he calls and redeem it. I did it thrice so far and the recent one was few days back.

Went to a Pizza Hut outlet today in Salem. They said they have stopped accepting SBI card vouchers since past one month. My coupon is expiring today, so came back home and placed a COD order online. The delivery guy straight away said they don't accept the 8080 vouchers (SBI card). I returned the order and he took it away without any questions. I checked Saphire foods site and this is is not their store. I don't know what are the other chains available.

BTW what will they do with the returned food? 🤔

Check the list of Pizza hut outlets available for redeeming vouchers in PDF. (Downloaded from sbi prime page).

That is one of the frustrating thing with these Pizza Hut vouchers. Only selected stores accept them. These will not work on online orders. You have to visit nearby store which accept these vouchers and redeem there.

Better to call the outlet (from where you are ordering) to confirm if they accept this voucher first and then place it to avoid spending out of pocket.

How dated is this list? Because there is not even 1 outlet in Tamil Nadu, whereas couple of months back I gave few vouchers to my brother who used it in Chennai

The same store has accepted voucher last time I went there 6 months back. As per them they stopped accepting a month back.

So I raised a complaint on Pizza Hut site, received a call from someone that some agreement will be renewed in 2 days and they will start accepting the vouchers. I'm not sure if they will actually start accepting or it was mentioned just to close the complaint.

As per my understanding there are two different companies have frenchise of Pizza Hut in India. One of them has stopped accepting pizza Hut vouchers.

I found One of my gift voucher already redeemed when I shared with the biller. Any idea whom to contact now ? Pizza hut customer service or the sbi cards customer support?
