Sbi Rbi complaint regarding add on card issuance despite pincode servicable

I applied add on credit card for my parents in jan
No one came for kyc documents pick up
Escalted the complain in mail to sbi
Then to nodal office
Still they always reply we are processing
After this I fed up
and after 2 months I complaint in RBI

Now RBI closes the complaint as SBI states customer didn’t gave us kyc document so we didn’t processing add on card

They don’t see customer requested multiples times to SBI for kyc documents pick up

SBI ne boldiya customer ne nhi diye kyc documents woh dikh raha
2 months se processing konsi hoti inki?
 
Complete echo you sentiments. Experienced the same in Q4 2022

I gave up after 45 days - some 4 requests for addon cards

Did you get the Addon card? If you didn't, then directly apply from SBI Card app which now allows to generate an Addon card with just Aadhar OTP verification, also if you apply between 22 May & 15 July 2023 and spend more than 1K or more in single transaction within the first 60 Days of issuance, you get a one year free Sony LIV membership free worth 999 Rs. Me too applied seeing this offer add on card for my daughter 2 days back and expecting the card in a week. 2 months back I applied through app add on card from my wife's bpcl octane card with otp aadhar verification, I received the add on card in a week with no further checks. So I think now with this offer I will apply another add on card as well. Unfortunate thing with sbi is they are not converting any card to Rupay variant, I am going to raise to ombudsman or rbi as well

i appiled today for sbi add on from sbi card app just got an application refereance number after adhar otp verification

after adhar otp verification i just got an application reference number and by the way i applied today , can you tell me what happens after this

Keep checking the add on cards section regularly, very soon a new card number will be generated and within few days the card will also get delivered!
