SBI rejecting LE based on mismatch salary

Recently, I emailed SBI for LE on my Cashback card. Current LE is Rs 95,000. For this, I send my last 3 months salary slip + bank statement. However my company pays my salary to my personal savings account + some amount to sodexo card. It is like this:

Assume My net pay is Rs. 1,00,000. The Salary slip state this amount as net amount. Out of this, Rs 2,000 is given in sodexo card and the rest amount (Rs 98,000) is send to my bank account. Salary slip doesn't mention Sodexo as seperate. So the bank statement will show only Rs 98,000.

Now, SBI is rejecting the LE request due to this. Any idea on how to resolve this issue ?

For the last 7 years, my limit has been the same as yours, initially for the first two years I tried for LE, and the salary slip was about 2.5 L/m at that time.
Later, I switched to a private bank with 6 time limit. So do not waste your time sending documents just switch similar segment cards to different banks.

Haha, you can't solve this issue because it's SBI's nuisance.

Try escalating it to nodal officer.

As per your income, you should atleast get 2.5L limit.
