SBI REVERSED THE REWARDS DEBITED FOR INSTANT DISCOUNT TXNS

In Jan I had Received Statement of a Closed Card in Which Reward Points earned on Instant discount Amazon txns was debited and I paid the same.

Today I have received Statement of Same Closed Card again nd now the Rewards Points Which was debited earlier are reversed and now I have a credit Balance in a Closed SBI Card. How to Claim it any Idea ?

For Closed Card Reward Points are reversed.
For Active Card No reversal entry as of now

I had the same issue recently.... update your SBI cards app -> click the top left corner for menu-> click on services -> click on credit balance refund -> enter your bank details -> you will get the refund in 2-3 days
