by the way salary acc na ? you should also try SBI Wealth RuPay Select debit card, actually this card is also applicable on other salary accounts but no diea about your salary account.

And the error is because Rhodium (SRB) is being requested for non-rhodium account....Try applying for SRA (CSP Platinum) or DRP (CSP Diamond) - they will get applied.

The problem is with CGSP & SGSP.....where SRA and SRB dont; work, and SBI is yet to make the corresponding cards live for SGSP category

Uska CSP diamond he phir be SRA apply ho raha he jo ki csp platinum ke liye he... I think agar csp platinum hota to both SRA and SRB apply hojata

Yes para military Salary Account hai. Joint holder mother hai. Abhi visa global hai and charges nil hai. To Ye wala issue hojayega?

Konsa SBI Wealth RuPay Select debit card, ya nil rahega salary account me.

Kuch CSP diamond and CGSP Platinum salary account walo ne apply kiya, card code- "SRW" and successfully apply and delivered bhi ho gaya card.

Technically, hona nahi chahiye the yeh card. Baki SBI staff walo k mood k uppar hai. Try kar k dekhna hoga unhe bol kar.

Now come back to SBI Nari Shakti RuPay Platinum Debit Card. Branch me ja kar card code - "WDC" bol k try karna.

Looks like everyone is getting this issue while redeeming benefit on Rupay website.

The second issue is this debit card is not working on ecom transactions.

Did anyone raise it with SBI?
