SBI Simplyclick Milestone benefit

I havent received the 2k cleartrip voucher for completing the milestone of Rs 1 lakh. Its been a month now. Had a conversation with the customer care executive who told me to wait for 60 days.
Can anyone confirm how long does it take to deliver the voucher and does it arrives on mail?

I always received vouchers within a few days of milestone completion. One time I raised a complaint, only to find them in the spam folder later on.
Last Voucher was received in March or April.
But, I have seen a few ppl complaining too, but I never faced any problem.

On my sbi prime it took more than 1 month to receive yearly milestone benefit
