SBI SimplyClick to SBI Pulse – Card Upgrade or New Application?

I currently have an SBI SimplyClick Credit Card, which is about 3.5 months old, and I am interested in getting the SBI Pulse Credit Card.

I wanted to know:

1. Is it possible to switch from SimplyClick to SBI Pulse?
2. Since my card is only 3.5 months old, can I start a fresh application for SBI Pulse?
3. What is the cooldown period for applying for a new SBI Credit Card—3 months or 6 months?

Yeah, call SBI and check for flipping offer. Most probably YES

1. Since my card is only 3.5 months old, can I start a fresh application for SBI Pulse?

If sprint accepts the appl, then yeah.
But most likely, they will trim limit from SimplyClick and allocate to Pulse. Min ₹40k

Flip declined saying offer not available

I do not want to apply now, get rejected due to cooldown period and again start a new 6 month waiting period
Is there any sure shot way to know if I can apply or not?

today i successfully flipped my simplyclick to pulse visa, initially i called customer care for flipping they denied..then raise the request and it went on till principal nodal office, pno ko mujh par taras aagaya.. 😛
