Hello everyone, I have got a question related to CKYCR
I was going through my SBI account via Netbanking and noticed that theres no CKYCR number in my profile, the field is blank. On CKYC website, I entered my phone number and nothing showed up, it says there is no record contact your financial institution. So should I go to my SBI home branch and ask them to "Re-kyc" my account and register with CKYC? Note: I have got only a Savings account with SBI and have had this account for about 10+years now.
Also I have a UnionBank savings account (5yrs old) as well and in the netbanking page, it shows that my account has a CKYC number (14 digits) but once again as mentioned before when I enter my phone number on CKYC website, it says there is no record contact your financial institution.
