SBI UNIPAY failed credit card bill payment twice, need alternatives

I tried paying my AXIS credit card bill yesterday at 9 am and then at 8pm and the transaction failed both times at Unipay while I was charged twice.
I have already raised the request to the bank for refund but Im looking for a better option to use my HDFC Platinum DC for 1% cashback.

What's the alternative to Unipay with less chance of failure?

Yes within 48 hours.
Used Jio Fin app so no idea if cashback points will be given or not

Rarely, I've experienced it 5 times so far, and not once have they taken it back.

Used HDFC card so sent the mail to customer care.

Saw that refund will be processed in 5 working days so went back and again tried payment thinking that last time something could have gone wrong and this time this would work. Second payment failed too. What should I do now?

I think waiting is the option.
Also noticed its happening only for Indusind back CC. Other bank (6 different banks passed, failed twice only for IndusInd) CC payment worked
