SBI Yono App Account Opening VKYC Issue - Query

Hi
Im trying to retrieve application to complete vkyc in yono app for savings account opening and I keep getting getting error " cannot process now, pls try again later" ...tried clearing cache and reinstalling app but still same issue.
Just the vkyc part left for account opening and now I'm stuck🤦

Apply For LTF AU LIT Credit Card
Try waiting until tomorrow and try again, its past 4pm so non-working hours. VKYC is done only during working hours same as bank timings if I am not wrong. If it doesnt work in the morning either then you can try reapplying again or might have to visit branch.

Ohh ...Saturday it was fine, today mrng at 10am I wanted to finish off the vkyc so I was trying to retrieve application, then this error started appearing, but yaa will try TMRW again if not as u said visiting branch mite be only option for kyc..thanks

Honestly this boils my blood, such error defeats the purpose of online acc opening via VKYC. If you contact customer care they will shamelessly straight up tell you to visit nearest branch without actually trying to solve the issue.

Yaa it's nonsense that I still mite endup visiting bank ,typical behaviour of psu banks

No, account description will shown as YONO VKYC SB CHQ/NCHQ, when opened with VKYC.

Click on Account & then view.

Though new application worked for me to get rid of the error, 2-3 times I waited half an hour each time for vkyc agent to join but nobody joined. I’ll try again today but if this doesn’t work then I am done with vkyc. Scheduling call is so fake, u need to wait 20+ mins everytime and in few minutes your slot is already over. Keeping on waiting doesn’t do anything either

Try at 10 AM, waiting will be comparatively low, sucessful rate will be more.

Just tried. Waiting time was 4 mins each time I joined. Nobody joins the call after I’ve waited and even after I join as per slot. Now I am getting no slots available 🤦‍♂️

Bro, patience rakhiye na 4 min tha and usme rehta hai ki koi join karega toh just keep your device as it's do your another work side by side that's all.

Also, I had told you to attend at 10 but it's 10:44 now.

Logout and try again...

Kal hi 10 AM ka slot liya tha and 10:02 AM ko join bhi kiya. Waited ~27 mins and still no one joined. Then I left and rejoined so again 4 mins timer and in between slot was over so I thought to reschedule. After clicking reschedule I got no slots available. Now trying to resume again, I keep getting no slots available.

Bro slot book hi nahi karna 🤣 slot mein yehe sab hoga

Bina slot book kiye bhi business hour mein VKYC page pe jaoge wo jada behtar rahega...
 
Stop worrying about new accounts, 6012 will be excluded soon from SBI PDC and VDC. Unipay on path of changing MCC to 6012. Most banks will have this by March 31st, 2025. 🙂
