SC application shows "We have encountered a technical issue. Please try again."

I have an aXcess account with SCB. I tried applying for platinum card after logging in from net-banking.

At one point, probably the third stage where they ask for residential and permanent address, clicking Next always shows a dialog saying "We have encountered a technical issue. Please try again." with a red RETRY button. Nothing I do is helping me get through this step.

An application number is already generated. I am getting mails saying:

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for applying for your Platinum Rewards Card.
Application reference number : INXXXXXXXXXXXX
If you have not completed your application, please click here to resume. Alternatively you can always reach us at 39401388 or 66011388 (please prefix the STD code of your location).

What should I do next?

You will get a call from them in next working day. It's better to wait.
