SC is deducting fees for Plat Rewards Card LTF

Hi,

I applied for one SC Plat Rewards Card a few days back under the LTF offer. Now, I received my first month's statement & I can see that the Annual Charge of Rs 250 has been deducted from my card where as I applied for this card under the LTF offer & I transacted more than 500+ values through it. Has anyone faced a similar issue?
