SC Second Card Approval

Is there anybody applied for second card of SC? Will there will enquiry again in CIBIL for second card as there is no any word like consent for credit bureau report mentioned in application?

No I mean the complete disaster of their so called credit card system "upgrade". It's been I think 4 month's and it's still a mess.

Whenever I try to apply for the second SC card, I get this issue. And I have been getting the same issue since more than 6 months. Anyone knows how to resolve this?

they broke it before upgrading their website. no longer works, apply new is the only route.

btw, sc cards not useful and not needed.
