SC Smart application stuck (submit button shows Processing...)

Has anyone tried SC Smart application? I'm applying only because it's FYF and we're getting free TWF Earphones 😅 (I needed that from a long time)
However when I try to click submit button it converts into processing and nothing happens. I've tried multiple times on multiple days and browsers. It just doesn't work
Does anyone else also facing the same issue? Pls let me know, Thanks!

Yes it's been like that for quite some time now. And it is all card applications.

Got a call from SC, asking for PF or company mail id. I said I don't have company mail or PF details. Rejected lol

Applied just now, application stuck on Processing button. No email/sms confirmation of the application. Not sure if its applied
