SC Ultimate points redemption

I have around 30K points from SC ultimate.

Thinking of redeeming it to Marriot voucher, but TnC is not clear. Is this voucher and Marriot Bonvoy points are same?
If this is a gift voucher, can we apply this at online booking from Marriot's website?
As maximum value is only 10K, can we use multiple GV at Marriot?
Any extra facilities like SPA/dinner/ etc. are covered using this?

Any thing extra I should know?

its not same as bonvoy points. This is like hard cash and can be used to pay for any services at the hotel including stay and F&B. You cant use it directly while paying online. Simplest way is to settle your bill fully or partially while checking out. make sure the property is listed in the T&C.

i also mention this while checking in just to be on the safer side.

For most hotel reservations, if you have NOT booked an advance payment rate, then you pay while checking out. While checking in they will ask for your card to block the amount but its charged only when checking out.

yes you can use multiple GVs

While booking from Marriott bonvoy website just select the appropriate rate which is not advance payment and you will be asked for credit card details but wont have to pay then. please note that generally advance payment rates are slightly cheaper but are non refundable.

BIG NO . I am Standard chartered -Ultimate card user since last few years . No way you can redeem points , I feel I am stuck. All the vendor tieups are low class . No travel or econmerce like Amazon or flipkart vouchers . Please try HDFC Infinia or SBI AURUM CARD instead .
