Scamsters in twitter ! Pls be aware.

Hi all ,

When I replied a tweet saying , self used paytm for some payments. But didn't tag paytm in the tweet . Received replies to posted tweet from three different fake paytm care pages.
Herewith attached the fake paytm care pages.
Please all beware of such fake paytm care pages.

Had anyone encountered such similar scamsters ? Please share the same.

Just check comment section of youtube shorts of finance influencers, you will find tonnes of scammers 🙂

Yes, my friend got confused and lost 15k, someone impersonating mobikwik support.

This is very common in Twitter. Check the number of fakes for HDFC support. If you send a complaint to official handle, even before the official handle reacts, these fake handles will retweet and ask you to contact them. Just report them whenever you see

Do not post on bank pages on twitter regarding any problem and all.
If u want to let a bank know ur problem, always DM them, don't post tagging the bank.
Scammers see that then they call u saying they are from that bank and want to help u via WhatsApp video chat. Then they tell u to tap on icon that is actually screen sharing and log into ur fk and all acct which needs only OTP.
Then they txn using ur saved cards.
Beaware.
