I've been a SCB customer for about a decade now - initially had salary account with them but later shifted to only credit card (currently Ultimate, had the Titanium for a few years).
For the amount of interactions I had with the customer care - most of it was good.
But of late I'm feeling that the customer care has become bad - particularly after they did not promptly reply to many of my emails related to the EMI charge levied on my account which was caused by paying some few paisa lesser than the bill value.
Anybody else has similar observations?
