Scheduled Utility Bills Payment on Amex?

As I understand, Amex had discontinued their platform through which one could pay utility bills using Amex credit cards.

Are there any alternative ways through which one can schedule utility bills payment through Amex? I am looking at either auto payment or at least reminders/schedules and not paying manually.

has amex stopped from allowing standing instructions on their card?

Yes. They have stopped.

checkout lazypay and do not complete your kyc
it will allow you to autopay your bills
and you can repay that via cc not sure if amex is supported
but cc is allowed

amex to mobikwik wallet 2.5k every month per full kyc wallet
loading charges would be 0
mobiwkik black card to payzapp wallet loading
again 0 charges
use that money to pay off utilities
