When lenders do hard enquiry from CIBIL, do they get historic scores as well or just the current status? Inside CIBIL, i can see my score history graph over last few months do lenders get that when they do enquiry?

1)Whether they would get access to historical data.
.-- most probably yes.
2) Do they use this historical data in their decision making process?
-- It depends on the credit product they are about to offer you and also it may depend on bank to bank..

Why did you ask this ??

Yes, both.

I believe that's for your reference only that is it improving or not.

For lender they might be accessing all details but they can't view the graph.

This might be incorrect too.

It's mostly about your point 2, if i had a lower score previously and jumped to good enough score, do they only bother about current or also my previous low score - but as you hinted i take it as that varies bank to bank

I don't know about Experian and all (But I guess they will be similar). But with CIBIL. I have worked closely with a Client who was using their API.
It does not provide history of score.
So, based on this, I can say banks NBFC atleast don't get access to score history.

see for loans for cc, that give you credit for a window of 50 days or loans tenure, they need every detai for them to understand that person historical credit decision of paying his/her/them due. so yeah they would access to your or our historical data then only person A get 5 lakhs limit vs 10 lakhs to person B. the more old the data with no late payment or default get better limit/interest rate on their loans.

As I said it is not just about banks it is also about product you applied for..
If it is CC, I don't think they care too much..
If it is a home loan may be different..

And don't think that your previous low score might be detrimental to you..
It may actually favour you in rhe way that you have done good things to recover from your lows..

At the end, it is the lending that keeps banks floating, it is their core business..so they have to take some risks to be in the business..
