Second Factor Authentication OTP issue on Union Bank of India Debit Card

I am not receiving the second Factor Authentication OTP while doing e-commerce transaction done in my Union Bank of India Metal Elite debit card.

My Phone and Network is good as I receive all other SMS and OTPs from other banks. I am receiving OTP other than Debit card Second Factor Authentication from UBI Too.

The Debit Card is working as I am able to withdraw cash from ATM.

I had registered for email OTP also. But email OTP is also not getting recieved. I have tried registering for U-Token even the OTP from U-Token is not working. I raised a ticket on UBI. However the ticket is marked as resolved saying as per their records OTPs are being delivered.

Has anyone faced this issue with Union Bank of India Debit Card?

Facing same issue from September, didn't get time to visit branch yet to raise complaint.

Raise the issue with home branch. Online Customer care are a bunch of idiots. Even the Home Branch moron said that due to Global Warming SMS has been Suspended. Raise a ticket first and then complain to next level. Mine Got resolved but they took almost a month.

Mail customercare@unionbankofindia.bank try to explain issue in detail. Few months ago i encounter issue with cvv in virtual dc they resolved mine. Though they take time to revert mail but it helps.
