Second SIM / Backup SIM/ Bank only SIM Plan in VI, Airtel, Jio, BSNL
Monthly Plan.
Incoming Only Plan.

SMS and validity plan.

I had 1748 recharge on Jio sim along with 4 recharges of ₹100 plan (90 days IPL wala). With this i now have validity till march 2026 for calls sms and 5gb total data (enough as i have wifi)

On Airtel sim i do 469 recharge with airtel axis cc for 84 days (same reason i have wifi)..incase i didn't have wifi then would have recharged 979 with airtel cc

On Vi sim i have never recharged since 2018 as it was father's sim earlier now it just sits in my old phone. This sim is active because of screenshot attached.

On bsnl sim (soon to be jio) i do usually 107 recharge or 147 recharge (for junk websites, college, incoming calls never picked up)

I am sharing here only annual value plans which I used to recharge for my Jio, Airtel, and Vi sim. Users can compare themselves to decide. Date: 22-Oct-2025.

1. Vi: 365 days @1849 (voice only)
2. Vi: 365 days @1999 with 24 GB data. (Good choice if data required)
3. Vi: 365 days @2249 with 30 GB data.

4. Airtel: 365 days @1849 (voice only) (Good choice if data not required) (I have airtel axis cc, so I get this @1600)
5. Airtel: 365 days @2249 with 30 GB data.

6. Jio: 336 days @1749 (voice only) (Only if vi/Airtel network is bad, and data not required)

Also, you cannot recharge jio value plan elsewhere. Currently Jio do not offer any other long validity value plans.

All of these annual plans offer 3600 free outgoing and incoming sms along with unlimited calling (including national roaming).

Please give network coverage as first priority, then price, then other small small things.
Cheers.

VI will not sustain, sooner or later it will be merged or shutdown.
(My assumption)
I don't think so. Hearing this since 2017. Now we are in 2025. I believe Vi has seen the worst.

There are complaints in my friend circle regarding network, call connectivity, and receiving sms. I personally never got the opportunity to use.

My personal opinion BSNL should go to private only for military and secured government operations. Jio is taking advantage of their infrastructure.

Which city?

And how's call, sms and data experience?
Mostly UP and CG where I travel had no issues in fact in rural areas I get BSNL coverage where Airtel does not work.
No issues experience with call or sms. Data as well no issues but speed is less and gotten used to much higher speed that 4G and more so a slow 4ag won’t cut it anymore

How many jio 3599/- plan can be stacked?

Can we recharge directly? Or have to buy plan voucher and then add them manually?

Just in case if I buy a plan voucher of 3599/- then how long they are valid before they expire?

Any chance to get better price / offer in near future?

As many as you want, ig.. I stacked for 6 to 7 years at one time..

I just recharged as usual.. they just stacked up.. I didn't buy any vouchers.

Just in case if I buy a plan voucher of 3599/- then how long they are valid before they expire?
I dont know about vouchers..
but when I recharged continuously...
they just stack up on top of each other and gets automatically atcivated once the current year ends( unless we manually press activate button )...
, like that one after another it gets autaomatically activated....

Any chance to get better price / offer in near future?

when I bought during Diwali to Jan1 period.. I got 75GB data extra per each year... and this is the best period to do renewals
