Security during foreign transaction.

Happy diwali TF community.
My relative is travelling to USA and asked for help for USD transaction. He has ICICI emerald of 24L limit.
1- No otp is required for any transaction in foreign land?
2- Just Pin is securing CC and fraudulent transaction?
3- can i set a prelimit on transaction amount?
4- Anything more secure than CC, like preloaded forex cards?

Ps - Not for rewards.

yes only cvv is required there
turn off international transactions after your usage is done

yes in imobile and nb

can go for it
cc is also secure as if you call customer care within 24 hours you get a chargeback
