Settled Amount is less than Remitted Amount for RSU shares sale

Does anyone know why the settled amount is less than the remitted amount? This is with the SBI account.

Remitted Amount : JPY 799500.
Settled Amount : JPY 787000.
Value Date : 20240606

I got 12500 yen less.

The SBI conversion rate on value date for yen to INR is 0.5307
