Sft info wrongly provided by icici

Hi All,
I see icici bank has mentioned sft info wrongly to income tax site for my friend. It says amount of 21L was credited and 2L was debited in my friend pan on June 4.

Planning to give feedback in sft and need help in choosing
Should I choose info Is not fully correct and update amt as 0 or should I choose information is denied

I think it must be information is denied

SFT is informative thing and no tax obligations from it
Still ur friend needs correction it can be done by contacting the reporter
