ICICI has good customer service, but sometimes they do irritate as they want to send us to branch for silly things like
1. Changing address in loan account. Even though account has address updated
2 . Convert 10k balalnce account to 0 balalnce
Otherwise customer service is prompt u will also get calls for the query that you raise in case they can explain over email in detail..They dont have RM but in one way its good.. seriously RM are of no use these days.. they are just good for nothing..since everything is automated based on account track record and monitoring banks provide you will all possible offers from their end..
You have see if u can convert any of ur existing account to salary so u dont have to open a new acc..
