Shopkeeper has stopped accepting payment from there murchant code

From Tuesday shopkeeper stopped accepting payment from upi via murchant code when i asked him for online payment he shared his number and asked me to do payment on this

Any one know why this type of action is taken by small shopkeeper

Facing the same issue almost 90% shopkeeper stop accept payment through rupay cc in my area. This and August month only 1 time i was able to do payment through cc

Per transaction under Rs2000 tak free hai merchants k liye. Merchant ko ab educate karne ki jimmedari hum customers k he hai.
