2 days ago, i received this mail and applied yesterday. Instantly rejected after submiting personal details. They have done this with me before also with easy, platinum and legend. Don't know about this time but cibil was hit each time in the past. Wise to complain or let it go?

Make sure to use same mob number which is registered in Aadhar card and same pin code.

Also pin code should be serviceable. Contact @RS1910

Although my permanent residential area is rural but other banks had no issues delivering their cards here. In fact, indusind had no problems delivering their debit cards here. My question is, Should i escalate this when they are rejecting after sending these types of mails?

Different banks have different set of serviceable pincodes for credit cards.

Debit cards can be delivered from US also. FYI

my card was also rejected recently, then I contacted @RS1910 , and he helped me getting this card approved, check with him if there will be even slight possibility for approval it'll get approved, if genuine rejection reason will be there, then nobody can do anything.
