Should I convert MR Points to VS Miles

Hi TF Community,

I have an upcoming travel plan to the Netherlands. VirginAtlantic requires 15K VS Miles + 11K INR Taxes for Delhi to Amsterdam flight via AirFrance.
I plan to convert my 30K AMEX MR Points to 15K VS Miles.

The same revenue ticket costs 26K INR. This means 1MR point = 0.50Paisa

Do you think it's a wise option?

PS: Have enough points in Accor which I'll burn for Novotel Stay.
