Should I pay GST dues through Credit card or Net Banking

I have a GST due payment to be made of 85000 approx.
I am planning to make the payment using my credit card which would mean an additional 0.78% + 18% GST extra.
Here is where I am confused.
  1. Is it a good decision to pay using credit card rather than Net banking
  2. Will I get cashback for this transaction? (Flipkart Axis Bank Credit card )
  3. I am planning on investing this amount in short-term (20-30 days) swing stocks with hopes of making at least 5% considering the upcoming budget session.
What should I do? Suggestions are welcome

Get AmEx if govt site accepts
Paying by cc is worthy as we get rewards even after gateway charges but untill bill generated keeping cash on stock not advisable
