Should I upgrade HDFC Debit Card ?

I have a new HDFC Standard Banking Savings account. I opened it around 5 months back. I checked the App/Netbanking and it shows me that I am eligible to upgrade the Debit Cards to Millenia, Platinum,... etc.

Should I take an upgrade offer ? Is there any catch ?

Also please tell me steps to get my first HDFC Credit card.
I checked the CC offers page, it only shows Swiggy card but I read few posts where its mentioned to not take first card as co-branded card.

P.s I am new to this CC and Banking world.

Millenia - wallet reload -400 inr per month
Platinum - cc bill payment - 750 per month

I got moneyback debit card by default.

Nah, I didn't applied for swiggy cc, as I thought of getting a core HDFC card first.

It's a starter card. Spend using it n get upgraded to millenia

Platinum cc bill payment 1% is not applicable for hdfc cc

Going for a core card first is a good move. Once you have that you can take co-branded as floaters.
