Should i upgrade IDFC Select card to Wealth?

i have idfc select credit card since 3 years and have limit is 2,98,000 rs. I have HDFC Infinia credit card and its limit is 14,00,000 rs. i had contact to idfc credit card customer care regarding upgrade my credit card select to wealth but they denied.
so is it possible to upgrade Idfc select card to wealth card via card to card basis?

they told me IDFC bank never offering limit enhancement and upgrade card offer to any current customer. in future we will try to serve you better.

IDFC & Wealth card are turning out to be a real pain in the a**. My RM suggested to put some investments with IDFC & add few more lakhs to the savings account to get Wealth. Lol.
