I am seeing simply click ltf offer in instagram ads, are they offering realy ltf? I have a paid one and got it recently. Should i try to post a closure request n try to make it ltf or should wait till it gets almost year old?

don't fall for it. go to sbi website and check if this offer exists. if the ad was from sbi, the website would also show this. and also there would be a hot thread on this community for the rare sbi ltf card!

I know card is not ltf.. but i think so for sometime they might be doing a promotional ltf offer like axis do with myzone card.. if i see ad again in insta will post a screenshot here.. also on insta ad shows first rather than on their website which was also in case of axis myzone..i saw ad first on insta in axis case

I would say as u recently got this card don't put a closure request wait at least one year and spend a considerable amount through this card than negotiate with SBI cards

Yes that was my plan to put a closure request in the 11th month but just the saw the ltf offer ad. So thought of putting a closure request right now. So before that was confirming here did any one else saw that ad n is ad really correct. I should have capture a screenshot damm..

I just got a call from someone offering SBI credit cards. Following are some details.

I told them I was only interested in LTF cards and then they offered Simply Click LTF.
They claimed that since they were employees, they could get me LTF by claiming to be family / friends which is applicable for 2 people each month.
I got the call from a mobile phone. I asked them to call back from a landline and they said landline calls would only be made in the next stage.

They were basically asking for some personal details like mother's name etc. I did give them my place of residence (pin code) as they said it was dependent on location. I asked them to call back on Monday.

What do you guys think of this?

its a scam

Later, they will offer you a different SBI card for LTF, Simpliclick is just to get attention and probably won't be LTF until and unless you've good spends and get LTF offered by their retention team during closure request.
Simply Click looks like a basic card with annual fee of 499. What other SBI card could they offer that is LTF?
Actually I am interested in it only for the instant discounts on shopping portals so as long it is LTF, I am fine.

its a scam
Have you noticed this pattern before?
