1. It does not provide any rewards points.
2. Surcharge on fuel is a service. So GST is applicable on it. When SBI does surcharge waiver, they only waive surcharge part. The 18% GST collected by Tai won't be refunded.

I am little confused here.. i did fuel refill of 1027 and 1037.27 amount was deducted and got 10.27 as surcharge waiver.. so where is gst here?

see the statement. They must have charged some amount under head IGST.

As of now i don't see, current outstanding is also without any gst, i will check once again after bill generation.
