Simply Save reward points value is 0.25 rs or 0.15 rs?

I can see 500 Flipkart voucher for 3450 points .

So it converts to 0.14 rs voucher of Flipkart for 1 reward point.

I checked with amzon voucher also , it value 0.14 rs only for 1 reward points.

Why this is like?
As per normal it should be 0.25 rs right? Should I compliant to customer care

Or reward points value is lesser in simply save credit card?

Also I paid 800 rs 2 days back and transection also settled but still my statment due is show 5408 same as statment generated amount.

Why 800 payment is not paid in bill amount?
Should I have to pay still 5408 to clear due or 5408-800 = 4608 only remaining I need to pay on due date of 6th?

I don't know about Simply cards but for Prime and Elite cards, cash redemption happens in multiples of 2000 points. so if you have 5000 points only 4000 can be redeemed. And 2000 points you will get 2000*.25 equals 500 Rs. plus 99+Gst charged.
You can call customer care.
