Singapore Airlines Gold status match offer with Marriott Bonvoy platinum

I recently achieved the Marriott Bonvoy Platinum status and got an email to link accounts with Krisflyer (Singapore Airlines) which gave me Silver elite status there. Now the exciting part of this linkage is that I get to achieve Star Alliance Gold status if I complete Four Singapore Airlines flights within the next 6 months.
I did not really have a program to go to Singapore so wanted to ask the frequent travelers here as to what will be the best way to achieve this. What 4 flights can I take that dont burn a hole in my pocket at the same time help me achieve the Gold Status that I am missing since 17th November this year.
Also is there any other way to get Star Alliance gold, I was downgraded to Star Alliance Silver on 18th November which is no fun 🙁
TIA

SQ is going to be expensive. No way around it. And all of these have to be revenue tickets.

For comparison - 15th Jan DEL-DPS with check-in luggage
one way on SQ is 38k
one way on Indigo/Malaysia airlines is 16-18k.

Have 6 months to do it , March tickets are reasonable , 16k one way. Is there another route one can take except Del-Singapore?
If i have to go to Singapore then will fly to Kuala Lumpur from there and back to complete 4 legs. Singapore to Kuala Lumpur is 10-12K Return .
Will be a reasonable holiday then.

You will have to route via Singapore for most destinations on SQ network. India -> Singapore -> Somewhere else.
