Slice card: Clarification about NOC document

I will just come straight to the point.

My slice account's financing partner has recently moved from Quadfin to Northern Arc. My credit report mentions the account under Quadfin to be 'CLOSED' and a new report was added by Northern Arc on 01st April this year. In light of the same, I asked Slice to issue an NOC for the closed account in Quadfin. They are in no mood to give me an NOC. Every person in support thinks I want to close the credit line (which I plan to do next month). How do I deal with this?

Should I just wait for the closure of the credit line and collect both NOCs? Or it's possible to collect the NOC for the closed account now itself? (Account was marked as 'CLOSED' on 28/02/22).

If they don't care your request I suggest you close this bnpl account they are headache

These BNPL'S (Any Of Them) Says That They Don't Have To Ability To Delete The Account So They Only Can De-Activate It. But After Attaching RBI In The CC(Email) Then They Do Whatever You Want.

Normally you have to chase them for closure, But after sitting in front of their home for a few days I got my NOC issued. Just keep on pestering.
Did your account move from one nbfc to another, by any chance?

Btw, from my conversation with them they are more than fine with closing accounts but very hesitant to give NOC.

Mine was at two NBFCs same time, I queried them..They were so adamant to answer everything except my question. So closed it
