Stay away from this bank. My monies redemption is blocked without any intimation via email or messag and i was busy using this card as primary even above icici or infinia just for the 3%>
What a crap offering this card is. Total monies in my account is 5 lakhs. Few were genuine spends and few via ebix.
Wrote to nodal already, post few days will escalate to rbi.
