Hi guys, I currently hold a slice savings account and credit card.
I tried to update my registered mobile number today, as I won't be using my old number anymore. Their team refused to update my registered mobile number stating the following.
"Since you have already onboarded onto slice credit, we are unable to process a mobile number change on your account. This restriction is in place to ensure the security and integrity of your credit profile."
This seems to be an excuse for their systems simply not having the functionality to update mobile numbers for credit card users either in their systems or update these details in credit reports. Is there any way to make them change it? If there is any RBI policy/ MD for customer details updation, please let me know.
