Slice Wallet Upgrade To Savings Account

Anyone use upgraded to new slc upi id and linked banks and rupay cc stopped working after it ?

I also clicked on bank upgrade and left it midway because i don't need it, I thought while trying to open the savings account the app will ask me for location and say you are not eligible for location but that wasn't the case

I didn't get an upgrade offer yet but my UPI handle was changed from @sliceaxis to @slc two days back. No such issues. Try adding a second account or RuPay CC.

There is only one account and rupay cc linked to this number, so that isn't an option for me

Weirdest thing happened with me..

Got upgrade offer in Slice.. Did Digilocker KYC and got error at the end that it can't be converted into savings account due to internal policy..

Later got to know from customer care that bcz I have an existing FD with NESFB, so I can't open Slice Savings account..

@ashwink did you get the notice to switch to new UPI handle. What I have seen so far, everyone I know who had @slc UPI handle got the upgrade option early. I was first moved to @slc and 3-4 days later I got the option to upgrade. Check yours?

@Abhishek012 Slice NESFB savings account debit card bin is 652491. Can you confirm if this is a RuPay Platinum Debit card?
