Smart Buy Reward Point Mismatch

I have bought the gift vouvher through smartbuy but the point added in the card statement is less and not matching. Any email or contact point where i can drop a note for the mismatch.

Only Gyftr has issues? I did few flight and train bookings and got proper points for them.

Thanks. I have written to them and now received the reward points. They mentioned that in the month of Oct and November, they have faced the issue.
